This makes perfect porridge every time, I like to use jumbo rolled oats. Porridge is so adaptable, it can be topped with almost any fruits, nuts, seeds, chocolate, nut butter, jam, baked fruits, poached fruits, plain, savoury, you name it. It’s hard to get bored of. This is my basic recipe, feel free to add to as you wish.

1 cup jumbo Oats
2 cups plant based milk
Optional
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Cinnamon
1tsp Maple syrup
