Grilled Cinnamon Grapefruit

So simple, so delicious, and trust me the cinnamon works.

SERVES:
4

Ingredients

4 pink or blood grapefruit

4-5 tsp coconut sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill to high.
  2. Cut the grapefruit in half and take the knife around the edge of the grapefruit, then around each segment. Place upside in a heat proof baking dish or baking tray.
  3. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the grapefruit.
  4. Place under the grilled till charred and caramelised on top, checking regularly so not to burn.
  5. Serve with dollops of yogurt
